For a smooth cup, use this medium-fine grind with your favourite method—electric drip, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
Use filtered water and clean equipment. Start with 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug, adjusting to taste. Brew between 195°F and 205°F. Once opened, keep air out and enjoy within 10 days for the freshest flavour.
