I have been taking folic acid for some weeks now and it is hard to say anything definite yet. However, I can definitely state that I do feel better overall. My performance has improved, I feel less fatigued and my general wellbeing is quite good. So to summarise, I feel pleased with the folic acid supplement and would recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their wellbeing.
