I was reading up on the importance of a copper supplement & came across this one. I already trust this brand as I use other supplements from them, so I felt very happy to take this. It's early days to know of the exact benefits, but I do think they could be helping to reduce tiredness as I have been anaemic and copper aids iron absorption. I will definitely buy them again.
I have not noticed any major changes but my blood analysis report showed improvement in terms of copper levels
