The product is effective and
The product is effective and definitely helps me feel calmer and reduce stress levels. However, after using it consistently for three months, I haven’t noticed any improvement in my HRV at all. I also don’t love the fact that you need to use gel every single time and then wipe it off your neck afterwards. It can be quite inconvenient, especially during the day if you’re wearing makeup or have your hair down.
