I’ve been now taking this for a month, every morning in my black coffee. It mixes really well using a milk frother. It makes coffee taste milky, which I don't personally mind. I've had no side-effects from this; my previous brand caused me stomach cramps. What I have noticed is that it keeps me feeling full throughout the day, so less snacking. A great way to get your early morning protein intake if you have no time to make a proper breakfast.
