My husband and I hadn't
My husband and I hadn't taken NMN for a few years, so I used AI to compare the options on the Healf website and work out which brand would be best and most cost-effective for our needs. This one came out on top, mainly because it uses a lab-tested, third-party verified grade of NMN with actual human trial evidence behind it, and it's a single pure ingredient with no fillers. A few weeks in, my skin looks visibly better, my face looks a little younger and I feel better in myself. My husband has noticed fewer aches and pains while he's at work. We will definitely be sticking with this brand rather than trying any others. I'd recommend not storing the measuring spoon inside the powder. Ours got so cakey that the powder wouldn't come out of the spoon properly. We now keep the spoon washed and dry, ready for each use. The powder doesnt stick to the spoon now.
