Take one 16g serving (approx 2.5 x 15ml level tbsps) of powder to a shaker containing the milk of your choice and shake vigorously until dissolved. It can also be added to your breakfast smoothie for an extra protein lift.

Finally! A protein powder that isn’t so full of stevia that your teeth hurt! All natural ingredients, mixes really well. I put it in my blender with oatmilk and a banana and it makes a really smooth and tasty but not sweet smoothie. Thank you ☺️ Planet Paleo
