Suggested use
Mix 40g (2 scoops) with 300ml water or your preferred non-dairy milk. If you’re feeling more adventurous, incorporate into your favourite smoothie. The amount and type of liquid you add will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment and see what works best for you. Best served cold or with ice. Drink one or two servings a day either between meals or after exercise.

Worst flavour I’ve ever had
Okay the protein itself is healthier than average protein powders but I was so excited to try the banoffee flavour. Maybe is my fault for having it with oats instead of a protein shake but I don’t want to try it again because it made me gag

Finally a protein powder that doesn’t aggravate my stomach and isn’t chalky. I have been enjoying the vanilla which I love but the banoffee is incredible! When mixed with Greek yogurt it tastes like desert! Very convenient to get on subscription.
