I have tried dozens of brands and every single one used to leave me feeling heavy and painfully bloated. This is the first protein powder that causes absolutely zero bloating. It mixes perfectly, tastes amazing, and is incredibly gentle on my stomach. If you have a sensitive gut, do yourself a favour and buy this. Hands down the best on the market!
I have tried a lot of vegan/plant based/dairy free protein powders and this is genuinely horrible. There is no nutritional value to adding the small amount of tumeric it has so putting that in there is pointless, my oats looked like a bowl of daal. It doesn't taste like vanilla at all, it actually made me feel sick. Would not recommend. Also doesn't come with scoop even though it instructs to use 1 scoop.
I wish there is a way i can delete the memory of trying a sip of this. I dont think ive ever tasted anything so vile. its not healf fault , but do not buy this brand. first time trying it. unfortunately i also got the vanilla. im hoping its better but im genuinely scared to even try it. for reference my favourite is optimum nutrition whey and they is the first plant one im trying.
