I love apple cider vinegar, but unfortunately it’s not great for your teeth, and it’s not always convenient when traveling. That’s why I really like having it in pill form — I can just keep it in my bag and take it anytime. It works great for managing blood sugar spikes, especially when I eat more carbs. I always have it with me — such a game changer.

Best way to consume vinegar
I was looking for a way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar without the really strong taste and these are perfect. I've tried other brands before but the paleovalley ones seem to be higher quality and I trust the sourcing more. I've been taking two every morning with a glass of water for about two months now and i can honestly say I feel a differance in my overall wellbeing. I don't feel as bloated and my skin has even cleared up a bit which might be a coincidence but I'm not complaining! It's just so much easier than choking down liquid vinegar. I an happy I found these, I've already got them on subscription so I dont run out.
