Recently used this for a long holiday, worked brilliantly and was easily charged with the same charger as my phone. Nice to leave the standard ring charger at home and know this is always in my bag when I’m away from home.
I purchased a charging case hoping to use it while traveling, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The item arrived with broken seals and a missing cable, and the case itself turned out to be faulty. I returned it to Healf for a replacement, only to receive exactly the same defective case again. Overall, this was a very poor experience, including the handling by customer service. I would strongly recommend purchasing your charging case directly from Oura instead.
