The charger is great - Oura Rings charge quite quickly. I made the mistake of purchasing this charger separately as well as buying the ring, which comes with a charger.

The Oura Ring 4 Charger is the only way to charge your Oura Ring 4. It’s fast, convenient, and easy. Your Oura Ring 4 typically charges fully in 20-80 minutes on the Oura Ring Charger, depending on its current battery level. It comes with a USB-C to USB-C Oura Ring cable cord, intended to be supplied by an external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC 62368-1 standard.
CHARGERS ARE SIZE SPECIFIC: Your Oura Ring 4 size can be found on the inside of your smart ring.
CHARGING TIME: Your Oura Ring 4 is fully charged in 20-80 minutes, depending on its current battery level.
BATTERY LEVEL IN YOUR OURA APP: You can check the battery level by tapping the battery icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home home tab.
CHARGE LEVEL BEFORE GOING TO BED: It’s recommended that your Oura Ring 4 be charged to at least 30% before going to bed.
CONNECT WITH USB-C: Connect the USB cable to your charging dock and plug the other end into a power source, such as a USB wall plug, laptop, or power brick.
LEARN ABOUT NOTIFICATIONS: When the LED turns green, your ring is fully charged. You’ll receive a push notification from your Oura App when charging is complete. This also applies for low battery notifications.
TROUBLESHOOT YOUR CHARGER: If the LED doesn't light up, check to see that your charger’s cable is properly connected and your Oura Ring is positioned correctly, ensuring good contact between your Oura Ring and the dock.
POWER CORD COMPLIANCE: The USB charging power cord is intended to be supplied by an external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC 62368-1 standard.

Charging time: 20-80 minutes, depending on battery level. Check the battery by tapping the icon with two concentric circles in the upper-right corner of the home screen.
CHARGING STEPS:
Plug the USB cable into the charging dock and connect the other end to a power source (USB wall plug, laptop, or power brick).
Place your Oura Ring on the charging dock:
For Oura Ring 4: Align the ring's dimple with the charger light.
For Oura Ring Gen3: The charger light will pulse white while charging. When the light turns green, your ring is fully charged.
You'll receive a push notification when charging is complete if the Oura App is open and running in the background.
First-time Setup: If the LED blinks blue, you need to pair your ring with the Oura App via Bluetooth. Once paired, the light will turn solid blue, then fade to white, and finally turn green when charging is complete.
