New replacement for my old Apple Watch.
I’ve been wearing this for about a month now. I’m loving all the features and how it learns my body. So far I’ve seen that the sleep score is an accurate reflection of how I feel. The affects of caffeine on my body show how my stress has spiked. I’ve also just received my cumulative stress and metabolic age. I would really recommend if you also want something less bulky than a watch. I do sometimes use my watch still and it’s been very compatible with the Oura Ring.

Huge upgrade
I had the oura ring 3 that lasted 3 years before it died in me. This is a massive upgrade, the battery life so far is amazing, it lasts me a week and I love how slim it is, I used to wear the oura ring 3 only at night because of how bulky it is. Now I'm able to wear it 24/7 and it feels great.
