2. Use Enough Fat: A little more oil or butter than usual can help, especially when cooking eggs.
3. Avoid High Heat: These pans hold heat very well, so use a low to medium setting.
4. Wait for Release: Let the food naturally loosen before you try to turn it.
•The Perfect Pot is oven safe up to 450°F — no broilers, please.
•Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pot is fully cooled.
•Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents.
•Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling.
•Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils.
•Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pot.
•Deep clean with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda.
•Do not use metal utensils.
