I purchased this to take
I purchased this to take alongside the Now Foods Vitamin D3 that I got a couple of months ago. It’s advisable to take Vitamin K2 (especially the MK-7 form) when taking Vitamin D, as Vitamin K2 distributes the extra calcium that you absorb more of from Vitamin D, from out of your bloodstream and into your bones where it is best placed. This is a patented form (MenaQ7) and this form is what is featured in the peer reviewed journals. I particularly like this product as its in a capsule form, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow, and they don’t stick in the back of your throat like the usual small tablet form which a lot of Vitamin K are in. I have no doubt that this product will do what I purchased it for, and it is up there in terms of quality like the other Now Foods products I have purchased. Now Foods are my go to brand when wanting high quality, good value for money and good ingredients supplements.
