No fishy aftertaste or reflux!
We switched to Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA when our usual DHA went out of stock and it’s been a really good replacement. The DHA dose is still strong for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and it’s reassuring to know it’s from a brand with a solid reputation for quality and testing. The strawberry flavour makes it easy to take and my wife hasn’t had any fishy aftertaste or reflux, which is a big plus later in pregnancy. Would happily continue using this.

I took this during pregnancy as a good quality omega with DHA is recommended and I have continued to use it postpartum to support my recovery and breastfeeding. I liked the subtle strawberry flavor which was helpful in the early days of intense morning sickness, as a fishy smell or after taste wouldn’t have sat well with me.

Wish they were burp-less capsules!
Great except I really wish they were burp-less capsules, especially for mommy’s to be that are already nauseous. These are rough if you happen to get sick after taken them. I’ve started taking them at night since and that works fine!
