Suggested use
For liquid (recommended for children ages 1-6) Suggested use 1.25 mL. Using dropper, first measure 1.0 mL, then an additional 0.25 mL. Serve with food, or as directed by your paediatrician. Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts child's mouth. For best results, please store bottle with original cap in refrigerator and use within three months after opening.

Children happily take it
My 6 year old daughter was advised to take omega 3s for her eye. I also give it to my 4 year old son. They both like it and are happy to take it every day. Neither can manage capsules.
