This product is incredibly interesting, though it takes a little patience! Being histamine-sensitive, I initially went through a brief period of die-off symptoms. Fortunately, they cleared up quickly, and then I truly saw what this could do. I now have so much sustained energy and have completely skipped the dreaded midday crash where you just want to curl up and sleep. Highly recommend sticking with it!
