I’ve been taking this berberine supplement for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. I’ve noticed a clear reduction in my appetite, especially cravings, which has made it much easier to control my portions and eating habits. I haven’t experienced any side effects or digestive issues, and overall I feel really good while taking it. So far, I’m very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.
I love that the berberine comes with milk thistle. The 400mg amount per capsule. Capsule easily swallowed. Great for immunity, liver support, longevity from a cellular standpoint
Regulation of blood glucose is essential for longevity. The more insulin resistance someone develops, the faster they age. I don't get any sugar cravings after taking Berberine. It's convenient that there is already Milk Thistle in the blend, so I don't have to take it separately to maximise absorption. Very good product and company.
No constipation or allergies to product ,still this section will be updated after I will get my blood test done .
My energy levels have most certainly become more stable and I feel significantly better, so far so good !!
This Berberine from NMN Bio is very good quality and I have found it to be very effective.I have been previously diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. Before I started taking Berberine, my average blood glucose levels were 5.8 mmol/l. After three weeks of taking one capsule per day my current blood glucose average has dropped to 4.4 mmol/l. So, I am sure that these are working well for me. Two months supply is not too bad, but I wish they were a little cheaper.
