Nature’s Answer Magnesium Glycinate & Malate is a liquid magnesium formula with Albion® Magnesium Malate and TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate, both amino acid chelates.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function, and the maintenance of normal bones. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Suggested use
As a dietary supplement take two tablespoons (30 ml) once daily, preferably with a meal.
