Excellent — Watch for Sleep Sync Loss During Movement
I believe this is excellent and has contributed to enhancing my breathing techniques and meditation practices. The AI feedback is valuable; my sole recommendation is to focus on synchronizing the electrodes during sleep and maintaining the Musen, as movement during sleep often results in loss of synchronization and consequently, inaccurate data.

Beautifully Designed — Returned for Personal Reasons Only
The Athena S is very well designed. The fit, build quality, and overall feel are excellent. All sensors connected very quickly, even though I have long hair. I followed the detailed setup instructions and had absolutely no problems. The app (I used the Pro version) worked very smoothly with the Athena S, and the Bluetooth connection was always immediate. The app is clear, intuitive, and nicely designed. The only small improvement I could mention would be the battery life. In the end, I decided to return the band because it didn’t provide the personal added value I had hoped for. This is purely my personal preference and not related to the device itself. The return process and refund also worked perfectly. Overall, a great company with excellent service. Keep up the good work!
