Ingredients
Purified mineral pitch resin (Contains 333ppm Elemental Gold and 100 ppm Elemental Silver)
Suggested use
Dosage: 0.5 - 1.0 grams per day. 1.0 - 2.0 grams for athletes. Dosage may be increased if preferred. Can be taken daily; on the rise or at night. Using the small scooper, measure out the desired dose of our authentic Shilajit resin. Roll into a small ball and swallow like food or place into a cup of warm water, tea or coffee to dissolve. If the lid is difficult to unscrew, soak the jar in warm water for a few mins to loosen the contents. A small patented stainless steel spoon is included to properly measure each dose. Using the hook on the spoon, simply hang the spoon on a mug and allow the pure Shilajit supplement to dissolve in warm water, coffee, or tea.

I have been using product
I have been using product for over a month now and through consistent use, I feel the difference in my gym performance and increased muscle mass. Also feels like my skin is less dry and more shinier. Initially I was taking two servings, but my stomach didn’t agree, so stuck with 1 serving and it has helped my overall wellbeing. Price is quite steep, but I guess you can’t put a price on your health. Would recommend.
