Great at supporting hormonal balance and skin health improved massively within a month of drinking it daily with one scoop so far. It's best taken with food as otherwise I get nauseating spells from the inositol. The only downside would be the taste takes a while to get used to. I'm hoping Chocolate will be even tastier!
