Apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate.
Suggested use

Sleep
We have 2 boys both on the spectrum so decided to try this for sleep and some good gut microbes. The taste is a bit harsh and it doesn't aid sleep, the bottle was finished with no affect noticed. I really wanted to love this product but it just wasn't for us unfortunately.
