Suggested use
Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml water or juice, one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.

Much better recovery
I'm seriously into my fitness and know that decent recovery is half the battle. Sleep is a massive part of that and I wasent getting enough quality sleep.
