I have just started taking this at night to help with anxiety and sleep issues. It's early days but I do seem to be getting to sleep easier and not feeling as anxious if I don't. It's easy to take and very pleasant tasting. I will order another to see if it continues to help.
This is a great supplement to sleep. Specially for those who wake up at 2 am and can't go back to sleep. It relaxes your brain.
