Gentle enough to take on empty stomach
I'm really impressed with these, they are gentle enough that you can take them on an empty stomach, which is amazing. I don't think you need to take 3 capsules unless it's a big meal - just play it by ear. I've had 3 pots of these by now - very reliable. Great to take on holiday or if you have overindulged.
