MaryRuth’s Kids Vitamin D3 Liquid Drops deliver vitamin D3 from vegan lichen. Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children, and contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children.
Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, and muscle function.

Suggested use
This product was formulated for kids, ages 4 to 13 years old. Shake well before use. Once daily, dispense up to 0.5 mL or 15 drops (approx. 1 Pump*) directly into child's mouth, or add to food or drink. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.
