This has become a morning favourite of mine for nearly a year now! It tastes wonderful in a pint of water with a little maple syrup added for a bit of sweetness, and it really feels like it boosts my energy, and general wellbeing. Highly recommended! A wonderful tasty multivitamin, in an easy to take format!

Have been taking this for a few weeks now and I feel good. I did a lot of research on multivitamins and this one has the perfect quantity of vitamins and minerals for me. It also encourages me to continue more healthy habits throughout the day when I take it. The taste is very “vitaminy” so one star deducted for that.
