It seems to work well - taste isn't great
I'm feeling the benefits of this but I'm taking away a star for the unpleasant taste and slight farmyard smell when you open the bottle. It also takes up fridge space. I will use up the bottle but I am not sure that I will reorder.

lifesaver for joint issues
I have arthritis from running. I started getting excruciating knee pain at night while sleeping. This happened suddenly due to low estrogen. I could not fall back asleep. This went on for about a month. I started taking Mary Ruth’s magnesium calm for other perimenopause issues I was having. Within 3 days my knee pain and joint pain started going away after a week, I experienced zero joint pain in my body. I started telling others and they experienced the same thing. If I skip a few days of magnesium I start feeling pain again in my joints. This product has saved the quality of my life in so many ways. My husband and I take it everyday. We both have very active lives and it has helped so much!!! I would recommend this to any and everyone!!! It’s amazing!!

Taste is eh but product is great
So the taste of this is not that good. I tried mixing it in beverages alone and then just downing it. It was easier just to down it. However, it really helped me sleep a lot better . I noticed that some of my other issues with leg cramps and such went away as well. I would definitely recommend trying this. I have not slept through the night solidly in years prior to taking this. I would not wake once I tried it.
