Not sure I notice anything
Not sure I notice anything with this. And I wish It didn’t have the vegetable glycerine, or ethanol - These ingredients were also not listed on Healf product description page, so it was a surprise to find out.

Liquid Gold
Mamoosh Tincture really is something I can never live without. It tastes so good too. I drop it in my coffee as well as directly under my tongue for 20 seconds. I felt the calmness maybe within a few days (everyone is different obviously) just a clearer mind and more focused. I feel the change when I’ve missed a few days and so now I take it on every holiday etc. It’s changed my menstrual cycle/cramps too and I’ve finally persuaded my mum to start using it!

Can’t live without this
