I have not had much chance to use my glow yet but it is definitely a gentler way to wake up than my usual alarm. I love the bird sounds and the gentle sun rise. Having said that I still don’t want to get out of bed!
Works excellent
I really expected this alarm to come with anything app to use it. . . you essentially have to memorise how to use all the buttons and functions, its very frustrating. It also needs setting every night and you cant preset it mon-fri. Unfortunately I dont think it is worth the price at all.
Alarm and sunset features are great. Purchased this over the 'smart' alarm brands, as this is a medical device to support your circadian rhythm. Only downside is that you need to manually set the alarm and sunset feature daily, but otherwise it's effective.
Bought this as struggling to get up in the mornings, not even had it 1 week and already making mornings so different. Would recommend anyone thinking about it to get one.
Great product quickly delivered. So much nicer and easier to get out of bed being gently woken up with the room getting lighter rather than being shocked out of sleep in the dark by my mobile alarm
