Take half a capsule in
Take half a capsule in yoghurt in the evening. This gives me a 1,500mgs dose which is fine for me in summer. My Vit D blood levels are optimal. This product is good as combines with K2 which is essential for Vit D transport in the blood. Stops it clogging up the arteries.
