I have been using these
I have been using these for about a month now and I do feel like it lowers the inflammation in my knee. I can feel the difference if I don’t take curcumin. But it’s still early days and I have bought my next batch.

Great for reactive arthritis
I tried a few different turmeric/curcumin products when I developed reactive arthritis after a dtp vaccine. They really helped and when I stopped taking them I noticed symptoms coming back. I take them for maintenance now and will stick with this brand
