LMNT Zero-Sugar Electrolytes Lemonade Iced Tea combines electrolytes, organic black tea, and L-theanine in a convenient drink mix. Each serving provides 1,000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, and 60 mg magnesium, alongside naturally occurring caffeine and polyphenols from black tea.
The formula is built around a higher sodium content than many traditional electrolyte drinks, with no added sugar and no artificial colours or flavours. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Caffeine hit, strong tea flavour
I've used a lot of LMNT in the past so was keen to try a new flavour. The tea makes this a different sort of taste so you will need to like black tea to enjoy it. The caffeine definitely gives a kick; for me it was sometimes too much but that is a personal preference.

Not My Thing
This one just wasn’t for me. It felt like a lot of caffeine and I didn’t feel great after drinking it. I also didn’t enjoy the taste as much as the other variants. I’ll keep using the others, but I probably won’t go back to this one.
