I swear by DIRTEA products, and the Lion’s Mane is no exception. I add it to my DIRTEA coffee every morning, and it has become an easy part of my daily routine, giving me that extra boost of focus each day. It blends in well and is a great addition to my morning coffee.
While it's difficult to definitively tell, I do believe that this has helped improve my brain fog. I've taken nearly daily doses for three months and I've seen improvements. I like the taste. If you like mushrooms, it's easy to knock back. I have on its own in hot water before breakfast.

I use Lion's Mane in my morning coffee. The Dirtea power has a lovely flavour - subtle and not overpowering. The creamy flavour works really well in a cappuccino, and the powder consistency stirs and mixes easily with a first shot of espresso before I add the frothed milk. Lion's Mane is supposed to promote focus. I'm not sure whether it's a placebo effect, but over the past few weeks and months I've found myself a bit more switched on at work. Could it be the Lion's Mane? Could it be the Chaga I also take with it? Could it be wishful thinking? I don't know, but I'm liking it so I'm going to keep going with Lion's Mane and Chaga and hope that my improved focus keeps up.
