I’m not a fan of this buffered vitamin C. Every time I mix it into my usual stack (like collagen or other supplements), it turns fizzy—almost like soda—which makes it really unpleasant for me to drink. If you enjoy fizzy drinks, this might actually be a plus for you. But for me, the taste is just off, and I honestly don’t know if I’ll even finish the pack because I struggle to get it down.
I find this vitamin c highly concentrated as you only need a very small dosage. I take 2. 5g everyday which is the right dosage for me. Each time I’ve felt a sore throat coming on, I’ve taken vitamin c which has stopped the cold in its tracks. I swear by Vitamin C for my health. No nasty preservatives or sweeteners in this brand which I love. Great quality stuff!
