Level I: Warm-up is the foundation phase of the Dr. Liv Kraemer Method. This three-step system focuses on cleansing, daily protection, and overnight renewal to create the ideal starting point for long-term skin optimisation.

Designed to simplify both morning and evening routines, Level I removes excess buildup, supports surface renewal, and helps protect against daily environmental exposure. With consistent use, skin appears smoother, clearer, more refined, and visibly brighter.

AHA Smoothing Cleanser (200ml)
A gentle AHA/BHA foaming cleanser formulated with glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid. It removes impurities, excess oil, and surface debris while helping to refine the appearance of pores. Skin feels clean, balanced, and refreshed after use.

Day Shield (50ml)
A lightweight gel-cream moisturiser with UVA and UVB filters for daily sun protection. Formulated with niacinamide, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid, it hydrates while helping to defend against environmental stressors such as sun exposure and pollution. Suitable for all skin tones and types.

Overnight Smoother (30ml)
An AHA (glycolic acid) overnight serum in a hydrating hyaluronic acid base. It gently exfoliates the skin surface overnight to support a smoother and more even-looking complexion. With regular use, skin appears clearer and more refined.

Suggested use

1. Wash your face (morning):
Use two pumps of the Smoothing Cleanser wash foam and spread evenly on your face (after removing make-up, if applicable). Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water, gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.

2. Apply sun protection (morning):
Each day, apply 2 fingers' worth of the Day Shield on your face and neck to protect your skin from UV damage.

3. Cleanse your face (evening):
After a long day, cleanse your face with the Smoothing Cleanser to prepare for the treat step.

4. Apply the overnight smoother (evening):
Apply 2-3 drops of the Overnight Smoother on your cleansed and dry face and spread evenly.
