Kinda shocked at how well these work. . . .
I've been using the mouth tape for the past 3 weeks and I actually can't believe how well they work. I struggle with waking up all during the night and then getting back to sleep. I still wake up as I get restless legs but I am able to easily fall back asleep again. I even left them at home by accident recently and really noticed the difference not having them. I was desperate to get back home to use them again.

A better nights sleep!
