They truly work 👍
I saw these nose strips on Instagram being recommended by Caroline Fabfatand40plus she is a trusted person. I have tried many many other nose strips, but honestly these are the only ones that have actually stayed on all night and work. They really do Stick (don't put creams around the nose) & can be a bit hard to take off. I now wet them 1st.

I started on a quest to sleep better and luckily discovered Kip&Glow. I was feeling the benefits and mentioned to my husband, who never uses anything. He tired the nose strips, and honestly he suffers with his sinus and allergies, he couldnt believe the difference they made.
