So far, this is the best iodine supplement I’ve found. It’s superior to other options, such as gummies, which often contain glucose syrup, sugars, pectins, and other unnecessary ingredients.
I'm not sure if it's making a difference or not, but I can definitely taste something when I'm drinking it.
