Favourite magnesium
I’ve tried lots of magnesiums but I really love this one, it has three different kinds of magnesium to cover all bases, and it tastes great. I often have it as a little drink in the evening to keep my magnesium levels topped up. I know when I’ve forgotten to take it for a while because my anxiety heightens!
