Suggested use
Mix 1g (approx 0.5 tsp) into 50ml of water. Leave for 1 minute. Stir. Swish around the mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing or spitting out. Repeat morning and night for best results. Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised by your healthcare professional.

I bought this as my gums and mouth were inflamed and feeling out of balance. Only half way through the jar using it once a day and my mouth has already calmed down. I've used it a few years ago also and had great results then. Only lost a star as it's pricey, but as I've only had to buy it again after about 3 years I'd say it does a good job for the money
