The refills have changed. They were of a high quality but since my recent purchase I discovered this is no longer the case. I will not be purchasing again. They aren’t cheap, only in quality. Will be looking for a new identical product from another source.
Best nose strips on the market. Tried others and none compare
I'm in my 50's. I've never been able to exercise without my mouth open catching flies. Wore this for the first time today on my 2. 5 hour bike ride. As long as I remembered to breath through my nose i could do, without gasping for breath. Very happy with this purchase.
These refills are the best I’ve tried. The adhesive keeps them stuck in place all night long unlike the cheap Amazon alternatives. I’d prefer to pay more for them to work for the whole night.

The Intake product is by far the best way to help nasal dilation. I've tried other generic stickers, and they just don't do the job. These stick really well and don't cause any irritation.
