Really foul tasting
I used Wild Nutrition and MyExpertMidwife before trying these and I found these so so hard to swallow as they smell and taste so bad. You also need to take two daily. I found they made my acid reflux worse too.

Brilliant Pregnancy Supplement
Started using this 3 months into my second pregnancy, after using a cheap alternative. My blood works were low for heamaglobin and iron stores despite taking a pregnancy multivitamin.
