I am dairy free and therefore use this supplement to improve my calcium intake, how convenient that it comes with magnesium. I have taken this throughout my pregnancy and am continuing it while breastfeeding (and likely beyond). I take it with dinner every night.

I needed a little boost in my calcium intake and something that would help my sleep during the pregnancy period and this has been a lifesaver honestly. Not only do I feel the magnesium helps reduce my anxiety and sleep but the additional calcium has been great too as my diet has lacked it for a while! Super grateful for the is mix and will be repurchasing!
