Good product
I tried these as an alternative to LMNT, it doesn’t really taste salty like LMNT does (while having 75% of the sodium amount) but I trust it’s working to replenish sodium levels

The taste was just unbearable
The taste was just unbearable for me so I couldn’t actually use these anymore. The mixed berry flavour was much more tolerable but still not desirable by any means. Which is a-shame because the balance and quantity of electrolytes are slightly better than their competitors - I just don’t get how you can get the taste so wrong? Just use a Stevia plant extract like the other leading brands… personally I will stick to BodyHealth or IQBAR going forward.
