2. Before bed, make sure the skin around your mouth is clean and dry. Tuck your lips inside your mouth slightly.
3. Peel off tape backing and apply tape to cover mouth.
Repeat every night.

Effective and well-designed product
Having read up on the benefits of nasal breathing during sleep, I decided to try hostage tape. It is very well designed compared to others on the market. The material is flexible and soft, unlike some other brands which I found feel like sticking parcel tape to your face. It adheres securely throughout the night without causing any discomfort or skin irritation upon removal, which was an initial concern for me. The results are extremely noticable; i feel significantly more rested upon waking and my partner has confirmed a massive reduction in my snoring, which is the main reason I bought it. A thoroughly worthwhile purchase that I would not hesitate to recommend to others facing similar issues.

My snoring was becoming a proper issue. Like, elbow-in-the-ribs-at-3am an issue. My mate recommended this stuff and honestly i was dubious. But its brilliant. First night and my wife said i was quiet as a mouse. Woke up feeling way more refreshed than usual too. No more banished to the sofa for me lol. Its comfortable to wear and doesn't leave any sticky residue in the morning. Really recommend it.
