While I love my sauna blanket from Higher Dose, I found this transdermal magnesium spray hard to tolerate. It’s incredibly itchy on the skin (and I don’t have particularly sensitive or problematic skin), and I can only keep it on for a maximum of ten minutes before getting into the blanket. It’s probably very beneficial, but considering the price tag and the overall experience, I’m not sure I would buy it again.
