Suggested use
This box contains a one month supply. Each syringe represents a daily dose. Suggested Use: for adults, take one syringe (5 ml) every 24 hours. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. When an extra shot is required, allow 8 hours between shots. Take one on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, put the syringe in your mouth, with the tip near the inside of your cheek, push the plunger in slowly, giving you time to swallow the solution. Not intended for children. Minimum intake of 3 months.

The Mico-Blue Solution has become an essential part of my daily wellness routine. I'm 45 and have been taking it for about 3 months now.
